At times, the Webminister and/or appointed Administrator(s) may post photography that is copyrighted by another individual. The work of these other artists, credited to them in the comment section, remains their respective intellectual property. We cannot grant or deny you permission to republish their work. The artist of the photo in question must be contacted concerning this permission. Please contact the Webminister (Webminister@baronyofvatavia.org) and she will assist you in contacting the original copyright holder.

While your submission will remain your own intellectual property for which you will be duly credited, submitting your work to the Barony of Vatavia means that you grant us license to host the work for as long as we like. It also means that you grant us the right to use excerpts from your work in newsletters, announcements, etc., unless specifically requested otherwise. These too will be credited to you directly.

You also understand that your work may, for reasons of space availability of editorial concerns, be edited by the Webminister and/or appointed Administrators, unless specifically requested otherwise. Furthermore, you understand that such editing will be done with care to maintain the context and content integrity. If a submitted work is published in edited form, the following text will be included: "Edited by [name]."

Also, please remember that this Web site is geared specifically towards individuals interested or involved in the Society for Creative Anachronism and, more specifically, the Kingdom Calontir and Barony of Vatavia.

We do not vouch for or warrant the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any message or the effects thereof.
