Please Note
All owners are required to bring a copy of negative coggins for their horse, current within the last 12 months and a health certificate current within 30 days of the event. You may not unload your horse until copies of these forms are given to the Marshal. If you do not have these forms, you will not be able to play AND you will be asked to remove your horse(s) from site. There are no exceptions.

Tavern
There will a Tavern available 8:00am to 8:00pm Saturday and Sunday, serving hamburgers, hot dogs and chili. Located in the main hall.

There will be a variety of soda pop and coffee.

Site Details
Site Fees: $12.00 for adults, $6.00 for ages 6-17, children 5 and under get in free. There is an additional $3.00 surcharge for each non-member (the NMS is waived for minors ages 5 and under). The family cap is $36 (not including non-member surcharge). RV hook-ups are available for $8.00 per day. Make checks payable to "SCA Inc., Barony of Vatavia."

The site includes a full air-conditioned hall, potable water, full restroom and shower facilities. Site is wet, but alcohol is requested to be in period containers. Pets are allowed, but must be on a leash or in a run. No ground fires allowed! There will be recycling available on site.
